Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

AR Review:

- None

IQ presentation for DesignCon summit:

- Bob added a Teraspeed template, which has a Teraspeed copyright.
- Mike suggested removing that, but Bob believed we need to have some copyright.
- On slide 4 we added that unofficial vendor extensions are not encouraged.
- Mike will fill in slide 5.
- Extra slides may not be needed.

- Bob: We may sell only 10 IBISCHK6 source licenses.

- We looked at Bob's history of individual parser sales.
- A few have bought only once, repeat sales are uncertain.
- Two have merged into other purchasers.
